Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 8–14 business days after purchase confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping structure:

  • Orders over $45Free Shipping
  • Orders over $30Discounted Shipping (calculated at checkout)
  • Orders under $30 — Standard Shipping Rates apply

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


U.S. Orders (Tariffs Included)

For customers within the United States, all applicable tariffs, duties, and import fees are included in the total purchase price. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking number.


Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Orders are considered fulfilled once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Lost, stolen, or unattended packages after delivery confirmation

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Zel Ded Jewels, you agree to the following:

  • All order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmations are provided as proof of fulfillment.
  • Filing a chargeback for an order that has been shipped and/or delivered is considered a violation of this agreement.
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks using tracking records, delivery confirmation, and communication history as evidence.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.

We maintain detailed records of all transactions and shipping confirmations to ensure fair resolution of disputes.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
